November 2005: Preview Vestivo at the ARVC Trade Show, Nov. 30

Vestivo will be rolling out our line of reservation and property
management solutions at the ARVC trade show starting on November
30, 2005. The ARVC annual trade show is being held in Austin, TX
this year November 30 - December 3 at the Austin Convention Center.
As a new Supplier Council Member of ARVC, we are looking forward

Q3 2005: Vestivo Begins Development of Next Generation Integrated
POS System
In response to the needs of RV resort communities, the software
architects and professional services personnel of RMS are in the
process of developing the premier Point Of Sale (POS) system for
restaurants, golf courses, gift shops, or other retail facility
at RV resorts. Vestivo POS will allow for inventory tracking and
credit card processing, while integrating with the Vestivo Reservation
Management System to allow the update of customer information and
balances from any POS system on the property. Like all of Vestivo
products, the POS will be a web based solution making it easy to
access information from any computer with an internet connection.
Look for the Vestivo POS System to be available in mid 2006.
Q1 2005 : Vestivo Deploys Integrated Gate System w/ Access Control
Solution
Vestivo has developed new software to revolutionize how RV customers
check in and gain access to an RV park. The Vestivo Gate software,
is fully integrated with your gate system and allows management
superior access control over the property. (Equipment consultation
available.) Once a reservation has been committed either through
the Online Reservation system or through the Reservation Management
system, the bar code gate passes are automatically generated and
can then be sent to the customer. When the customer arrives, they
scan their pass at the gate. The bar code number is transmitted
to the Reservation Management System for verification. The Vestivo
gate software verifies the dates and the customer status in the
Reservation Management System and gate access will be granted or
denied based on that information. Upon approval, the gate will open
and the customer can drive to their site without any need to enter
the office. With an average response time of 2-3 seconds, there
are no inconvenient back ups at your property’s entrance.
Customers and office personnel alike enjoy the luxury of automatic
check ins, especially during peak seasons.
