How many workstations?
There is no limit on the number of workstations. You will simply need an internet connection at any location you desire to use Vestivo.

System Requirements?
Vestivo will work on just about any computer with an internet connection. For best performance we recommend a Windows XP Operating System and 512mb of memory.

How long does it take to setup?
Vestivo’s easy setup and rapid deployment allows for set up in 14 days or less. You work with a Vestivo Professional Services team member to establish the right timeline for you.

How does your support work?
Simply submit your requests through the online iAssist module and a representative will answer your question through iAssist or, in some instances, you will receive a phone call.

How much do you charge for upgrades?
Updates that affect the performance of the software will be provided at no charge as part of the licensing fee. You will be notified of all upgrades and will have the option of purchasing those.

Do you have a map?
Yes, Vestivo has its own unique mapping function. We can use an electronic copy of almost any map that you provide for us and load it into Vestivo. From there, you have a clear image that you are familiar with using in order to assist you with your front office reservation needs.

Do you charge for a demo?
No. Our demo is absolutely free. A Vestivo staff member is available to give you a guided tour of the Vestivo software and we can send you access to a test site where you can try it on your own.

Do you support Manufactured Housing needs?
Because of our monthly billing feature and simple to use utility billing feature, Vestivo works very well with manufactured homes.

Can I make my own updates?
You have complete control of your data. You can make changes to your sites, rates, employees and all setup items through our easy to use interfaces.

Can I add sites later?
Yes, you can add additional sites or inventory items at anytime quickly. Your Vestivo Professional Services Representative can help you plan it and a proposal for one of our trained staff to complete the task can be provided.

Can I import data from other old systems?
Vestivo will help you import data from existing systems. Depending on the format, there are a many of ways of accomplishing a data conversion. A Vestivo Representative will provide an evaluation and help you determine the best method and a written estimate will be provided.

How flexible are your reports?
We have a full menu of useful reports for the management, accounting, and marketing needs of your property. In addition, you can export all reports to Excel to modify or you can count on us to customize a report quickly for you if you have a special need.

Do I receive training?
Yes, all of our customers receive 2 free training sessions with a Vestivo team member. These training sessions are fully interactive web based sessions so you get the most out of them.

What does my setup include?
Base setup will include the import of your maps, forms, logos, and base setup of your taxes and lease types. Additional setup options are available.

How long does it take to have custom work done?
Vestivo is like having your own personal developer. Our on staff developers can make custom components or reports for you quickly and efficiently. At the time of your request, we will provide you with a time and cost estimate and we guarantee your satisfaction.
