Jose
M. Quintana - CTO & Chairman of the Board
Mr. Quintana has a wealth of startup experience. As a lifelong
entrepreneur, he has started several successful companies
and has acted as consultant to many of the world's top corporations
including Nokia, Sprint, Qualcomm, Frito-Lay, Schering-Plough,
Disney, Lockheed, Sun Microsystems, Verizon and Novartis International.
He is an active board member of Global Knowledge Group, PowerKids,
The Texas Lyceum Association, Westcar Consulting Group, and
The Research Valley Technology Alliance (RVTA).

Jennifer King - Director, Operations and Customer Services for the Vestivo line of reservation and property management solutions
Jennifer began her career in hospitality after selling the telecommunications company she and her husband started and operated for twenty years. Her ten years in hospitality have included assistant manager at a 350 acre RV resort; managing a software installation for three RV properties, software administrator and a technical support provider.

Mike Chirveno - Director of Hospitality Initiatives
Mike Chirveno spent more than 25 years in the publishing industry working primarily in operations, technology and project management with an emphasis in customer-facing initiatives. Since 2006 he has been consulting with small-medium sized businesses in those disciplines.
In his initial contact with AdventGX, he recommended the Vestivo Reservations Management system to a client. He managed that software installation project and later began working with the AdventGX team.
Mike now leverages his experiences in a number of industries including hospitality, publishing, automotive, medical, construction, produce processing, food processing and manufacturing and professional services to help AdventGX clients create and implement great solutions for their guests.
He is an adjunct faculty member at Baker University teaching graduate students strategic planning and management information systems.
Mike has a BS in education from Calvary Bible College and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. He is a member of the Media and Technology Council for the Gerson Lehrman Group. He is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).

Kelley Stewart - Vice President / Comptroller
Kelley Stewart manages all financial aspects of Reservation
Management Solutions' operations, with oversight of corporate
and operational finance, tax, and accounting. Having been
a key player in the launching of several successful high tech
start-ups, Kelley brings valuable experience and expertise
to Reservation Management Solutions as the company expands
its product base and moves into new markets. Kelley served
as Director of Operations for VerCom Systems, Knowledge Deployment
Corporation, and AdventGX. She earned a Bachelor of Science
degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University
where she also served as an officer with the Society of Women
Engineers.

Joan
Tatge - Director, Communications Division
Joan Tatge has broad experience in the communications field,
including technical communications and marketing of advanced
and emerging technologies, government and nonprofit communications
and higher education media initiatives. Upon earning her degree
in Journalism in 1992, she served as managing editor and later
led new media development for the Texas Transportation Institute.
An accomplished grant writer, she has served as project manager
and business developer for large federal technology research
programs and has provided consulting services particularly focusing
on SBIR grants. Before joining AdventGX, Joan was Director of
Communications for The Association of Former Students of Texas
A&M University, where she was also editor of Texas Aggie
magazine.

John
DeCastro – Technical Support Supervisor
John is certified computer specialist with more than 10 years of support and IT management experience. He served in the U.S. Navy working as a supervisor in charge of scheduling, training, and performing preventive maintenance. After earning his Associate of Science degree in Computer Science, John continued his education with independent study and certifications from CompTIA and Microsoft. He has worked in the hospitality industry as both an IT Manager and Assistant Manager of Operations. John also spent several years in a national call center as a support specialist, as supervisor in charge of support documentation creation and implementation, and later as a team manager. His experience with these companies plus his own consulting firm have provided him with invaluable expertise in remote and on-site technical support, web hosting, web design, software programming, IT Systems management, Windows operating systems, network deployment and management, and hospitality system operations.
